Is there a bulk discount for large groups?

What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket gives you access to the conference as well as to specific workshops depending on your ticket category.
Lunch, drinking water, tea & coffee are included as well as some additional activities onsite.
Can I book a ticket for someone else?
Yes, you are able to buy a ticket on behalf of someone else. On the checkout page at www.dmss.io, you will find a field called “Names of Attendees”. Please enter the names of the conference participants there.
What is the difference between the ticket categories “Fundamentals”, “Advanced” and “VIP”?
The fundamental ticket gives you access to all keynote speeches and our 15+ fundamental marketing workshops. These are workshops targeted to all kinds of digital marketing skill levels and cover a wide spectrum of interesting topics.
The advanced ticket gives you access to the same workshops plus all our advanced marketing workshops that offer in-depth knowledge for agency professionals.
Our VIP ticket offers you on top a 30-minute consultation with a marketing expert of your choice.
How do I choose the expert of my choice for my consultation session included in my VIP ticket?
We will approach you via mail closer to the conference and will let you choose your favourite expert.
What should I do if I haven’t received my ticket confirmation via email?
Please message us at support@dmss.io if you haven’t received your email confirmation and mention your name and e-mail address.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
DMSS tickets are non-refundable. However, the ticket can be handed on to someone else.
Do I need a visa to attend the conference?
Depending on your nationality, there are three options to enter Indonesia that apply to most travelers that come to Bali:

Where is the conference located?
DMSS is held in the beautiful Trans Hotel Seminyak (Address: Jalan Sunset Road, Kerobokan, Kuta Utara, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia).
What is the best way to reach the location?
The best way to reach the location is via taxi or your own vehicle. We can arrange free of charge airport or hotel pickups if you book your accommodation with our preferred hotel partners.
Where can I stay during the conference? Are there discounted hotel rates?
Your ticket includes discounted accomodation options at our partner hotels. Please check them out at www.dmss.io/travel Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive further details.
Will there be drinks & food available at the conference?
Yes there will be drinks & food onsite. Tea, coffee, water and lunch will be included in your conference ticket.
Do you arrange airport transfer?

Can I reenter the conference?
Yes, definitely! Do remember to keep your wristband (issued during registration) on at all times during the two-day conference for entry to the venue. Do note that without the wristbands, the security guards will not allow access into the conference hall.
What if I am interested in sponsoring at the event?
Yes, we are offering various packages with different price points to our sponsors. Our sponsorship packages are very diverse ranging from exhibition, to promotion of the brand, customised brand engagement ideas, cross-promotion and giving workshops. Will I have access to documentation?
Yes, we will publish all workshop material and videos of the sessions on our DMSS web portal after the conference. With
your DMSS ticket you will get free access.
Will there be free of charge activities?
Some activities will be free of charge with your tickets, however some will incur a cost. We will publish further information closer to the conference.
Do I need to register for activities such as yoga, surfing and Wim Hof, etc?
Yes you will need to register. We will send you an email closer to the conference.
